Fabiano Papel Wins Second Championship Title

This past weekend, athlete Fabiano Papel won his second championship at the Charlotte Open. With this victory, Fabiano Papel closed in on the second and third place holders in the ranking and said, "it was a good preparation for the American Nationals."

In the same event, organized by the IBJJF, Papel finished in third place in his division.

Papel is now preparing to compete in the American Jiu-Jitsu Championship. Last year, Fabiano was the champion and this year he aims to defend his title.
